The Role: Change Manager – 12 MTH Fixed Term Contract
Purpose:
To collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement a change programme, integrating new ways of working ensuring the continued smooth delivery of the operation and successfully building a one team approach.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract focussing specifically on leading and driving an organisational change initiative within our Pilot Operation in the Southampton.
Accountabilities:
• Develop and execute the change project plan.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles associated with this change and create plans to mitigate them.
• Identify key stakeholders impacted by changes and develop tailored engagement plans.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the change process, addressing concerns and promoting a positive change culture.
• Identify change readiness gaps and develop plans to address them
• Monitor and measure employee readiness and acceptance of change initiatives, providing timely feedback and support as needed.
• Develop comprehensive communication plans and materials to effectively communicate changes to employees at all levels
• In conjunction with Pilotage Manager coordinate training programmes to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to embrace the changes.
• Ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the change process to minimise confusion and resistance.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of change programme, providing notes of meetings, tracking agreed actions, identify potential issues and propose corrective action when necessary.
• Collect feedback and questions from Pilots
• Arrange and facilitate consultation meetings with Pilots
About you:
You will be an advocate for change, influencing team members, management and senior stakeholders.
You should be well versed in effective project management, delivery and embedding of organisational change. Your strengths will be in ensuring that end to end change processes, decisions, risks and mitigations are fully documented, maintained, enhanced and governed.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Develop-ment or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Skills
• Deep practical knowledge of Change Delivery, Programme & Project Management process, tools & techniques.
• Ability to plan & facilitate workshops both on site & remotely, including the production of associated documentation.
• Ability to orchestrate and partner diverse stakeholder groups to land change effectively and ensure adoption.
• Proven stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making & reach consensus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to assess impact and prioritise optimally.

Experience
• 2 years’ experience in change management or project management role.
