Are you an experienced SAP professional with a passion for driving best practice and continuous improvement? ABP is looking for a SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solution Lead to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of SAP solutions that support our Engineering business functions.
About the role:
As the EAM Solution Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for SAP EAM within ABP. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to ensure the right solutions are selected and delivered. Your role combines architecture, leadership, and strategic planning—guiding the business on SAP best practices, staying ahead of the SAP roadmap, and ensuring solutions deliver real value. Experience of balancing capacity and fostering collaboration in an agile environment is essential. This is a hands-on role where you’ll champion continuous improvement and ensure our solutions evolve to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design and delivery of SAP EAM solutions across ABP.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and process owners.
- Prioritise and manage change requests, ensuring alignment with architecture principles and best practice.
- Lead a team of SAP experts, driving development, coaching, and resource planning.
- Analyse data to identify improvements and enhance service delivery.
- Manage risks, issues, and ensure successful delivery of complex, integrated solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Deep SAP expertise in SAP EAM/PM, including at full-cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of asset management processes and integration with SAP modules (MM, FI, CO).
- Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori apps (highly desirable).
- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering complex SAP projects. (Desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with mobile asset management, predictive maintenance, and integration with GIS, IoT, or cloud platforms.
- SAP certification in EAM or PM is a plus.
