We're the UK's largest port operator with 21 Ports around the country. We handle around a quarter of the UKs seaborne trade and over £157 Billion annually. Due to multiple £150m + projects in the pipeline we're looking to recruit an Integration Manager to join our Major Projects team on a 3-year fixed term contract basis.

 

You'll be responsible for the successful integration of topside process works for Ammonia and for the marine civil engineering side of the jetty including associated jetty landside infrastructure. The project requires careful planning, alignment, and coordination, especially for integrating topside piping with bottom-side structures. This is a critical role ensuring project quality, safety and efficiency, you'll bring together separate workstreams including development, design, manufacturing and delivery. 

 

You'll need to act in the best interests of the project and should have high level stakeholder management with excellent experience of Coordination & Communication, design integration & management and Risk Management. 


Key Skills & Experience 

-  Demonstrable experience working at a project director level on complex programmes of work, ideally in a JV or consortium leadership position, creating collaboration between multiple organisations resolving competing or conflicting objectives and drivers.

-  Depth of understanding in multidisciplinary engineering planning and management, procurement, fabrication/manufacturing, construction, and commissioning

-  A project management professional, ideally with experience gained in an EPC environment that includes marine construction / offshore fabrication and O&G/chemical topsides/pipelines.

-  Well versed in EPC interface management best practice processes, procedures, documentation, and digital methods

-  Experience with programmes of work with CAPEX experience in the range of £75m-£100m 

-  Marine/Ports experience 

-  Appreciation of planning and consenting regimes and environmental regulations

-  Project management qualification
