We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Estates Manager to join the team in East Anglia. The role can be based from either of the 3 ports in East Anglia ie Lowestoft, Ipswich or Kings Lynn. This is a fantastic opportunity for a property professional to manage a diverse and dynamic estate portfolio, ensuring optimal use of land and property assets while supporting ABP’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the estate, including lease management, rent reviews, and property inspections.
• Lead on landlord and tenant matters, including negotiations and legal compliance.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for estate optimisation and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support development projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and statutory obligations.
About You
• Proven experience in estates or property management, ideally within a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law, property legislation, and leasehold management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• MRICS qualification.
• A proactive, organised, and commercially astute approach.
