Position: Resource Co-ordinator
Location: Immingham Dock Office
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – Ending May 2025 (Potential to become a full time role depending on business needs)

 

We are looking for a resource planner to join our team in Immingham to provide support and development of the daily & strategical planning.

 

This role will provide a centralised administration support service to the Humber terminals. IP will become the control centre for servicing the terminals to ensure there is one version of the truth/source of information. This role is flexible and multi skilled to ensure there are no single points of failure.

 

The role will actively coordinate the following support areas:

  • Absence management – incl. reporting and Return to Work
  • Onboarding/exit procedures – end to end
  • Processing of administrative duties as we transition from current state in new ways of working.
  • Working closely with the IP team and regular contact with terminals managers, PAM, PBS and HR
  • Create, implement, and maintain KPI’s, dashboards and adhoc reports
  • Develop and maintain key systems, documents & schedules
  • Promote continuous improvement and process standardisation within the department
  • Ensure all compliance measures are maintained and promote a safe working environment
  • Support the team in order to deliver our internal/external SLAs, with support from the AOPM 

Skills, experiences, qualifications, and competencies

Essential

  • Good standard of education including Level 2 literacy and numeracy, or equivalent
  • Extensive experience of Microsoft Office and strong working knowledge of excel related functionalities (Macros, Pivot tables etc)
  • Administration experience
  • Capacity to work with limited supervision, to make decisions and work on own initiative
  • Ability to work in a busy environment, working to deadlines on multiple actions
  • Effective communication skills, to deal tactfully and sensitively with people at all levels
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team 
  • Ability to get to and from the terminals across the Humber on a regular basis.

Ideal

  • Operational/Maritime/Asset experience desirable
  • Continuous Improvement & Lean awareness/background
  • Previous experience with SAP and/or other system based platforms
