We’ve created a Property team designed to support these plans with a strong delivery engine that transforms opportunities into reality – a team you could be part of.

Prepare to be challenged

You’ll be given real responsibility early on, supporting the management function by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational targets and maximise rental returns whilst managing property risks. We will train you to understand all elements of ABP’s property portfolio and associated activities in accordance with legislative requirements. You’ll be primarily based at Cardiff, with the opportunity to spend at least six months working at one of our other 21 ports.


Who we need

We’re looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above in Surveying or Property related degree. You’ll also need a positive attitude, great team working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference. Although you’ll primarily be based in one location, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations. After submitting your CV, successful applicants will be invited to complete online competency tests, followed by a telephone interview and then, finally, an assessment centre.
