Graduate Training Scheme – Finance

Associated British Ports, £28,000 p.a.

Location; Flexible – one of our major ports, starting September 2021

Prepare to be challenged

You will join the Financial Planning & Analysis team where you will be involved in running the financial forecasts, be part of the business plan process, learn about ABP’s capital programme, use financial systems and provide insightful information through reporting. You will also be involved in our strategy process and be exposed to financial controlling activities such as preparation of management information, statutory accounts and internal audits.  

Who we need

We’re looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above in an ideally finance related degree. You’ll also need a positive attitude, great team working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference. Although you’ll primarily be based in one region, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations. After submitting your CV, successful applicants will be invited to complete online competency tests, followed by a telephone interview and then, finally, an assessment centre.
