Graduate – Commercial Management

Associated British Ports, £28,000 p.a.

Prepare to be challenged

You’ll be given real responsibility early on, working closely with the Wales & Short Sea Ports Commercial team and other business leaders on big projects. The scheme is designed to challenge, as well as give you vital experience working on major infrastructure projects along with Asset Management and Engineering. You’ll be based at Port of Ipswich, with the opportunity to spend at least six months working on projects with a Commercial team in the Humber or Southampton.

Who we need

We’re looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above in an ideally business, marketing, or economics related degree. You’ll also need a positive attitude, great team working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference. Although you’ll primarily be based in one region, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations. After submitting your CV, successful applicants will be invited to complete online competency tests, followed by a video interview and then, finally, an assessment centre.
